Your Account

When you place an order, we will ask you to set up "your account", which includes your name, e-mail address, password, phone numbers, shipping address, billing address, credit card number and expiration date, other payment information, product details, and preferred method of contact. If you are not the actual patient, we will ask you for the patient's name and contact information and your connection to the patient.  We also require your physician's name and phone number in case we need to clarify information regarding your prescription. Using your account information, we will send you communications that we believe are relevant to you regarding your order. We will not communicate with you with matters not relating to an order other than in response to questions that you have asked. Please do not supply a fax number unless you can receive confidential information at that fax number. If you would like to review or revise the information we have in your account, you may access such information by Log-In Tab on any screen at any time.

Your Prescription Information

To fill your prescription medicines order, we require a copy of a prescription from a licensed physician who is providing treatment to you. We protect all of your information against unauthorized access or release. A copy of your prescription will always be included with your shipment.

Security

When you place an order online, your personal information and credit card information are encrypted using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet, making it virtually impossible for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred to ivfmeds.com. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate Credit Card Company during order processing. Your credit card information  is always stored in encrypted form in a database that is separate from our Web site database. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
