1.  Get your prescription faxed to 1.212.202.6379.  Remember to provide us with your email contact.

2.  Sign and fax back the order/payment form after you receive it from us for your confirmation and approval.  Your order/payment form is usually generated very shortly after the prescription is submitted and verified.

3.  Should you wish to, you may call our coordinator directly at (866) 989-0078.


A valid prescription from your physician is required to process most orders.  If you do not have a valid prescription, please browse our physician directory for a medical professional in your local area, or speak to our order coordinator for assistance.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
    

All orders can be refunded in their entirety if the medication has not been shipped yet. It usually takes up to 48 hours for your medication to be shipped in which time you can receive full refund.  You will receive a system-generated email once your order has been shipped. Due to European Union and USA pharmacy health code regulations, we are not permitted to receive return medication.
