The founder of GENESIS and Director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology at Maimonides Medical Center, Dr. Grazi received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his medical degree from the SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine. Dr. Grazi completed his internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the New York University Bellevue Hospital Medical Center. He finished his postdoctoral fellowship in reproductive endocrinology at the UMDNJ New Jersey Medical School. Dr. Grazi is an Associate Clinical Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive endocrinology. A fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American College of Surgeons and the Society of Reproductive Surgeons, Dr. Grazi has published and lectured extensively on clinical and ethical issues related to reproductive medicine. David B. Seifer, M.D. is the Co-Director of GENESIS and Scientific Director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology at Maimonides Medical Center. Dr. Seifer received his medical degree from the University of Illinois (Chicago) Medical School and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Stanford University Medical Center. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Yale University School of Medicine. More recently, Dr. Seifer served as a tenured Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Director of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He is currently Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Seifer is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology with sub-specialty certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and has served as a Board Examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in both General Obstetrics and Gynecology and the subspecialty of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Seifer has served as a member of the editorial board for the journals Fertility and Sterility and the Journal of Pelvic Medicine and Surgery. He is also co-editor of the textbooks Clinical Reproductive Medicine, The Physiologic Basis of Gynecology, and Obstetrics, and Office Infertility: Practice and Procedures, all geared towards physician education. cellHe was a consultant for the Food and Drug Administration and has published extensively, with over 100 medical studies published in peer-reviewed journals. Matthew A. Cohen, MD, is a graduate of Columbia College and received his Medical Degree from the Yale University School of Medicine.
